Lost Hope
Lost hope-Hope is a prodigious term in the human dictionary. Perhaps, It’s a word more significant than success because hope is something that keeps you moving forward and keeps you working hard for the desired rise.Whereas, success is the reward of sticking by your hopes.
When
a person feels depressed or loses hope he is often guided by other people, not
forgetting to mention in a much furious and callous manner, to get up and put
the life together. But, if you are someone who has lost hope, you would know
it’s not as unchallenging as one might assume it to be.
People
asking you to be sparkling are not wrong but, it takes a lot of work to get out
of the cage of hopelessness and can’t be done without the help of the person
you see when you stand infront of the mirror. The good part is you know the
reality that, it will take courage to start over and come out of the dark
place, life has pushed you in.
So, just tell yourself that it’s going to take time and mighty efforts when you start dismantling the cage of hopelessness. It might take a series of attempts to finally be free of the negative energy that has sustained way too long in you.

- Acceptance
Accept your past and the present. You have lost hope which mean you are not very happy with what's going on in your life. Accept it and tell yourself that you are going to make the rigorous effort to make your future the way you want it and accept that failure is a part of trying. Stopping to try is vicious. You don't fail when you try you fail when you stop trying.

Great people like Thomas Edison, Walt Elias Disney, J.K. Rowling or any other person at the top have seen a great no of failures and rejections than one can thing of, the factor that led them to the paramount is the acceptance of the reality and willingness to try even after failing. YOU NEVER KNOW WHICH ATTEMPT OF TRYING WILL END UP GIVING YOU THE SUCCESS YOU EVER WANTED. So do not loose hope.
Whatever your goal is whether it is to become a model, a doctor, a photographer or even any specific place you want to be at, just take out the best picture of it from the internet and paste it where you can see it every single day. This will help you stay motivated and give you the reason why you have been trying so hard.
- The doable dare - The little win
Do the achievable first. Some people are not as good in cooking or painting or dancing or any other thing which they don't feel are significant. Any tiny doable dare, it can be anything try to do it and do it good. Try to do best at what you pick as your doable dare and experience your heart feel good.
- Refresh mode
Pick any three people for whom you are thankful to god for making a part of your life and go out to eat, see movie or any thing of your choice. But the challenge is you have to be positive throughout and concentrate just on enjoying.
- Draw the path
You know what your target is and you also have refreshed your mind now its time for you to design a map which will tell you how you are going to reach your goal.
- Prepare a promise chart
- Start working on your plan
- Be hopeful and have faith in god

N ever loose hope and not waste another day of your life by staying sad, your life's worth way much more than that.
