After Breakup


Relationship, love, the thing around which your life revolved, your everything.

“Breakup”, is a situation when you fall in love with a person and have shared a history so beautiful and was hoping to have a future that looked ravishing but that future somehow gets bulldozed. It’s when the two of you decide to part your ways, sometimes by decision taken mutually, mostly because one of the two gets a sudden realization that, it was not the kind of relationship they want to be in.

Anyway, the arduous heart-rending part has already been dealt with when it got over. Now is the time when your mind is screaming at your heart to do everything which you had stopped yourself from when you were with that single thing which you had considered your everything.

When you are with someone, you turn your personality according to them as to what they want, how they want, when they want, what they like you to do, what they don’t like you to do et cetera, et cetera. Precisely, it was your life their way.



Down below is the list of five different things which might help you get over your breakup and be a better version of yourself.



1.    Set a challenge for yourself.

  Remember the thing which seemed so challenging yet doable but you never gathered the time or had the motivaton to do it. For example, some people like waking up at 5 but the love for their honey-bunny was making it so difficult for them to experience the morning freshness because you two had to do the late night talking. And now that your body is set according to that routine, challenge yourself to build a routine of your choice.
  

           2.     Make friends, grow your contacts.

            Humans are the social animal and you are one of that kind. Sitting alone in a room watching tv with a bowl of your favorite ice-cream is not necessarily what you need right now. Go out and meet the people whom you have kept on hold to be with your pudding-pop. Make new friends if you can and comfort yourself by laughing with them.


           3.    Give yourself a makeover.

           Looking a little glamorous than your usual self is definitely going to make your heart smile. Adifferent haircut, a diet to make your skin more fresh, a change in your wardrobe is really going to take you away from your breakup.


         4.      Give your best shot at your career.

           Now that you have managed to get your mind a bit away from your breakup by doing the above, its time for you to grow your career and make it big. Make a list of the things you are going to do in thevnext six months, to be in a better position at work than you are at present.


         5.     The hobby department.

After Breakup

        Have you missed swimming, cooking, dancing, painting, playing video games or any other thing which really captures you entirely. Now that your focusing just on yourself and your happiness, you must dip yourself good in your hobbies. These are the real stress relievers of  life.
      
     Sometime you just need you and make yourself your everything because you should be precious to yourself and don't be sad for a thing that was so easy to end.
